Job Title: Mobile Cleaning Operative (Floater)
Location: (Winsford, CW7 3PD)
Hours: 6:30am - 9:30am (15 hours per week, Monday to Friday)
Pay Rate: £12.60 per hour

Key Responsibilities:
Carry out cleaning tasks as directed, including dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and bathroom sanitation.
Ensure all working areas are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness, health and safety, and presentation.
Refill supplies such as soap, toilet paper, and paper towels.
Respond promptly to spillages and messes.
Observe and comply with all company systems, processes, and site rules.
Maintain a smart appearance and wear the company uniform and PPE at all times.
Report maintenance issues to the Supervisor/Manager.
Lock and maintain cleaning cupboards to ensure security and cleanliness.
Follow proper procedures for the maintenance and storage of equipment.
Comply with Health, Safety, Environmental, and COSHH regulations.
Maintain a positive relationship with customers and act professionally at all times.
Be proactive in suggesting improvements and solving problems.
Be willing to complete any additional duties as requested by supervisors or site managers.
Requirements:
Previous cleaning experience preferred.
Ability to work independently and under pressure.
Good attention to detail and time management skills.
Must be willing to travel locally (travel costs may be discussed during the hiring process).
No driving licence required.
Uniform provided.
No pre-employment checks required.
Start Date: ASAP
Work Pattern: Flexible, based on cover needs - typically 6:30am to 9:30am, Monday to Friday.
