Role - Construction Team Administrator
Location - Tonbridge, Kent
Salary - £45k + Car Allowance, Bonus and Package
Day to day responsibilities:
- You'll manage all project documents, from drawings to contracts, keeping everything filed and easy to find
- You'll be the main contact for communications, connecting your team with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers
- You'll support the team with handling calendars, meetings and preparing reports that help keep projects on track
- You'll help with site logistics and tracking deliveries to ensure teams have the information they need, when they need it
- You'll keep health and safety records up-to-date, making sure all inductions, training, and paperwork are in order for a safe workplace
Key Attributes:
- Experienced in a similar role (Document Controller, Administrator, Information Coordinator)
- Located in Kent and happy to travel when required
- Team work is key for this role
- Solid understanding of the construction environment
