on site Manager is required to manage the internal fit out packages. The successful candidate will ideally have experience of managing similar packages / projects of at least £50m in value. It is also essential that the Construction Manager has experience of assisting with design & programming prior to works commencing on site.
Role/duties:
Reporting to a site based Project Manager on site to ensure smooth construction process including managing of all site labour and sub-contractors, management of construction programme, minimising/eliminating potential programme delays. The Construction Manager will also liaise with the client & associated consultants & be able to chair regular progress meetings.
Qualifications:
Relevant qualification and tickets - CSCS, SMSTS, First Aid.
