Cover Supervisors Needed Across the Chester.
We are seeking authoritative and engaging Cover Supervisors to support our historic and high-achieving partner secondary schools across Chester. This role is ideal for those who can command a classroom with confidence, ensuring that student learning remains consistent and productive throughout the final term of the year.
Location: Across Chester-Upton, Hoole, Blacon, Huntington, Christleton, and Tarvin.
Start Date: After Easter.
Role Type: We offer both long-term placements and flexible day-to-day supply.
Must Haves:
- Eligibility to work in the UK.
- An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or readiness to apply for one).
- Confidence in managing groups of 25-30 students.
Duties:
- Lead the classroom and ensure pre-set work is completed to a high standard.
- Maintain a safe and productive learning environment through effective behaviour management.
- Respond to student queries and provide guidance on assigned tasks.
- Collect completed work and provide detailed handover notes for the regular teacher.
- Ensure all school safeguarding and health and safety policies are strictly followed.
