We are looking for confident and dependable Cover Supervisors to join our secondary schools in the Heswall area. If you are passionate about education and have a knack for managing a classroom, this role is for you.
The Cover Supervisor role is a key position within our schools, responsible for maintaining a structured and effective learning environment when a teacher is absent. You will be at the front of the classroom, ensuring students stay on task with their learning objectives and managing classroom dynamics. Role Title: Cover Supervisor
Salary: £90 - £95 per day
Location: Heswall, Wirral (CH60, CH61)
Duties:
... - Actively supervising students and managing their behaviour.
- Distributing and collecting pre-prepared work.
- Answering student questions and offering guidance on the assigned tasks.
- Taking the daily register accurately.
- Reporting any behavioural or progress issues to the appropriate staff.
- Ensuring all school policies and procedures are followed.
