Cover Supervisors Needed in North Wales!
Location: Across the Coast and Valleys (LL Postcodes) - Wrexham, Flintshire, Denbighshire, and Conwy.
Roles: Flexible day-to-day supply and consistent long-term placements.
Start Date: Immediate starts available or post-Easter options.
With the rising demand, we are on the outlook for Cover Supervisors who are ready to step up and take charge of secondary classrooms across the stunning landscape of North Wales.
Key Duties:
- Lead the classroom and deliver pre-planned lessons across all subjects.
- Manage student behaviour in line with the school's high standards.
- Ensure all pupils stay on task and complete their set work.
- Create a safe and productive learning environment for every student.
- Respond to student questions and provide guidance on lesson materials.
- Collect completed work and provide brief feedback to the regular teacher.
- Maintain a professional and positive presence throughout the school day.
- Safeguard all students and report any concerns to the designated lead.
Requirements:
- Experience leading groups of young people (schools, coaching, tutoring, or youth work).
- Strong communication and classroom management skills.
- An enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or a willingness to apply for one).
