About the Role:
As a Cover Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing classes during a teacher's short-term absence. Your main duties include:
- Delivering and explaining pre-prepared work to students.
- Managing classroom behaviour to ensure a productive atmosphere.
- Providing support to students with their assigned tasks.
- Reporting on student engagement and any issues that arise during the lesson.
