What to Expect as a Cover Supervisor:
- Step in confidently to manage classrooms in the absence of the regular teacher.
- Deliver pre-prepared lesson plans, ensuring students stay on track and engaged.
- Maintain a positive and focused learning environment for all students.
- Be the first point of contact for student questions and provide calm guidance.
- Provide detailed feedback to the classroom teacher on the lesson's progress.
