As a Cover Supervisor, you are a pivotal part of the school's daily operations, ensuring that student learning continues uninterrupted. You'll be responsible for managing classrooms in the absence of a teacher, overseeing the completion of pre-set work, and maintaining a positive and focused learning atmosphere. This is a perfect opportunity for individuals who are natural leaders and can adapt quickly to different situations.
Role Title: Cover Supervisor
Salary: £90 - £95 per day

Duties:
- Supervise students and manage classroom behaviour effectively.
- Present pre-planned work and ensure all students are on task.
- Address student inquiries and provide necessary guidance without teaching new material.
- Accurately record attendance and handle administrative tasks.
- Enforce school policies and procedures to ensure a safe and respectful environment.
- Report back to the relevant staff on the lesson's progress and any noteworthy issues.
