Key Responsibilities:

• Overseeing classes and ensuring students are focused on their work.
• Delivering and explaining work that has been left by the class teacher.
• Maintaining a positive and orderly learning environment, in line with school policies.
• Answering student queries and providing support as required.
• Adhering to all safeguarding and school-specific procedures.

We are looking for someone with:

• Qualifications: A minimum of A-levels or equivalent is required. A degree is highly desirable.
• Essential Skills: The ability to command a classroom, strong behavioural management skills, and a professional and enthusiastic demeanour.
• Experience: Previous experience as a Cover Supervisor or in a similar role is a significant advantage. Experience working with young people in any capacity is essential.
