We are seeking assertive and adaptable Cover Supervisors to support our thriving partner secondary schools throughout Warrington. This is an excellent opportunity for those looking to develop their classroom leadership skills while ensuring a seamless and productive learning environment in the absence of the regular teacher.
Location: Across Warrington-Great Sankey, Chapelford, Birchwood, Lymm, and Stockton Heath.
Start Date: After Easter.
Role Type: We offer both long-term placements and flexible day-to-day supply.
Must Haves:
- Eligibility to work in the UK.
- An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or readiness to apply for one).
- Confidence in managing groups of 25-30 students.
Duties:
- Lead the classroom and ensure pre-set work is completed to a high standard.
- Maintain a safe and productive learning environment through effective behaviour management.
- Respond to student queries and provide guidance on assigned tasks.
- Collect completed work and provide detailed handover notes for the regular teacher.
- Ensure all school safeguarding and health and safety policies are strictly followed.
