Salary: £90 - £95 per day (dependent on experience)

We are seeking proactive and motivated Cover Supervisors to support schools across the Wirral. This is a brilliant opportunity to gain diverse experience in different school environments, working with students of all ages and abilities.

Your duties will include:

• Leading lessons and delivering pre-set work from absent teachers.
• Creating a positive and respectful learning atmosphere for all students.
• Effectively managing classroom behaviour and encouraging student participation.
• Providing one-on-one support to students where needed.
• Ensuring the safety and well-being of all students in your care.

What we're looking for:

• Must-haves: A positive can-do attitude, resilience, and excellent organisational skills.
• Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, classroom management skills, and the ability to build rapport with students.
• Qualifications: A degree is beneficial, but we also welcome applications from individuals with significant experience working with young people.
• Experience: Previous experience in a school or similar educational setting is essential.
