The Role: Cover Supervisor
We are seeking a proactive and adaptable Cover Supervisor to join our team in Bradford. This is a dynamic role where you will be responsible for supervising classes during the short-term absence of a teacher. You will be a vital part of the school's daily operations, ensuring continuity of learning and maintaining a positive and productive classroom environment. - Ensuring the safety and well-being of all students in your care.
- Reporting any issues or concerns to the relevant staff members.
- Maintaining a positive and respectful learning environment.
- Ensuring all resources and materials are prepared and used effectively.
- Following the school's safeguarding and health and safety procedures.
- Leaving the classroom tidy and ready for the next lesson.
- Providing feedback to the teacher on student progress and any issues encountered.
