The Role: Cover Supervisor
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Cover Supervisor to join a well-regarded school in Bradford. This is a full-time position with an immediate start, offering a fantastic opportunity for an aspiring educator or someone with prior experience in a school setting. As a Cover Supervisor, you will be a key figure in ensuring the continuity of education when a regular teacher is absent. Your primary focus will be to manage the classroom, deliver pre-prepared lessons, and maintain a safe and productive learning environment.

Requirements
- Experience working with young people.
- A genuine passion for education and student development.
- Eligibility to work in the UK.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise whole classes during the absence of the assigned teacher.
- Deliver pre-prepared lessons and ensure students are on task.
- Manage classroom behaviour and maintain a positive learning environment.
- Respond to student questions and provide guidance where necessary.
- Report back to the regular teacher on student progress and any issues.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all students in the classroom.
- Support the school's behavioural policies and procedures.
- Uphold the school's values and ethos.
- Assist with any administrative tasks related to the lesson.
- Promote a love of learning and encourage student engagement.
