Responsibilities:

• Supervise whole classes during the absence of the assigned teacher.
• Deliver pre-prepared lessons and ensure students are on task.
• Manage classroom behaviour and maintain a positive learning environment.
• Respond to student questions and provide guidance where necessary.
• Report back to the regular teacher on student progress and any issues.
• Capable of making the classroom a place where students feel comfortable to learn
• Support the school's behavioural policies and procedures.
• Uphold the school's values and ethos.
• Assist with any administrative tasks related to the lesson.
• Promote a love of learning and encourage student engagement.
