Cover Supervisors Needed in Liverpool (£90-£95 per day)
We are seeking dedicated and professional Cover Supervisors to join our team, serving schools across all areas of Liverpool, with our central hub in the L3 area. This is a fantastic opportunity for aspiring educators or experienced professionals to gain valuable experience and make a real impact on student's learning.
Key Responsibilities
As a Cover Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing a classroom in the absence of the regular teacher. Your duties will include:
- Supervising classes and maintaining a positive learning environment.
- Ensuring students complete the work set by the absent teacher.
- Managing student behaviour in line with school policies.
- Answering student questions and providing support where needed.
- Reporting on the lesson's progress and any significant incidents.

Skills & Qualifications Needed:
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- Previous experience working with children or young people (in a school or similar setting is an advantage).
- Eligibility to Work in the UK.
- An Enhanced Child DBS (or willingness to get one-we can help).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent classroom management and behaviour management skills.
- A proactive, professional, and adaptable approach to work.
- A full UK driving license and access to a car is desirable but not essential.
