Requirements:
... - Previous experience working with secondary-aged students (desirable)
- Eligibility to work in the UK.
- A genuine interest in education and classroom management
- An Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply for one).

Responsibilities:
- Supervise students during teacher absences
- Ensure pupils remain on task with set work
- Manage classroom behaviour in line with school policy
- Take attendance and report absences
- Communicate effectively with teaching staff
- Ensure a calm and respectful learning environment
- Follow safeguarding procedures rigorously
- Support individual students when needed
- Promote high expectations and consistent routines
- Cover duties such as break or lunch supervision
