The Role
We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Cover Supervisor to join a vibrant and inclusive school in Wakefield. Responsibilities
- Supervise students in the classroom and ensure they are on task.
- Deliver pre-prepared work left by the absent teacher.
- Manage student behaviour in line with the school's policies.
- Answer student questions and provide support where needed.
- Maintain a positive and orderly learning environment.
- Report any issues or concerns to the relevant staff member.
- Uphold the school's values and ethos.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all students under your care.
- Adhere to all school policies and procedures.
- Assist with any ad-hoc duties as requested by the school.
