Randstad Education is seeking a confident, dedicated Cover Supervisor to join thriving Secondary Schools in and around the Witham area. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is enthusiastic about education and looking to gain invaluable experience working in a school setting. Opportunities range from day-to-day supply to long-term posts. Previous experience working in Education is an advantage.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage classrooms in the absence of the regular teacher.
- Deliver pre-prepared lesson plans and ensure students stay on task.
- Provide support and guidance to students to facilitate their learning.
- Maintain a positive and conducive learning environment.
- Monitor student behavior and implement school policies.
- Assist with administrative tasks as required.

Requirements:
- Relevant qualifications.
- An up to date enhanced DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) check or the willingness to obtain one.
- Proven ability to inspire and engage students through creative lesson planning.
- Strong classroom management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students, colleagues, and parents.
- Eligibility to work in the UK is essential.
