Requirements

We seek a highly organised and dependable individual with meticulous attention to detail.

Successful candidates will possess:

• A minimum of five GCSEs, including Mathematics and English or equivalent
• At least one year of relevant experience within a busy office or comparable environment
• Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite
• An ECDL or equivalent IT qualification is highly desirable
• Candidates will be subject to enhanced vetting for this role including an Enhanced Access NI check

Responsibilities

This role focuses on providing comprehensive administrative support and ensuring operational efficiency.

Daily duties will include:

• Providing administrative assistance to a Senior Manager, encompassing diary management, correspondence handling and file organisation
• Managing meetings from inception to completion, including preparation, minute-taking and distribution of follow-up notes
• Performing essential clerical tasks such as word processing, mail management and requisition processing
• Assisting in the planning and execution of college events including award ceremonies
• Collaborating and contributing to general college duties such as the student enrolment rota
