We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Administrator to play a key role in ensuring customers needs are met while delivering an outstanding customer experience
How You'll Make an Impact:
- Handle customer inquiries and process orders in a local site or branch environment
- Manage account setup, pricing, order entry, and resolve queries
- Raise credit notes and manual invoices, adhering to procedures
- Handling phone and email orders from business clients
- Accurate order entry and processing
- Responding to invoicing queries and managing complaints professionally
- Carrying out basic banking tasks and credit control
- Completing spreadsheets using Google Sheets
- Filing delivery notes and compliance documentation
- Working out VAT and discounts at various rates
- Process payments, reconcile banking, and calculate commission payments
- Provide rapid resolution to issues and escalate when needed
- Develop strong, long-term relationships with customers and agents to understand their needs
We'd Love to Hear From You If You Have:
- Previous experience in a similar office-based admin or sales support role
- Strong English comprehension and communication skills (written and verbal)
- Good numeracy and attention to detail - especially when working with VAT, discounts, and banking
- Comfortable using Google Sheets or similar spreadsheet tools
- Professional and polite manner when dealing with the occasional in-person customer
