Are you a driven, hard-working leader ready to play a transformational role in a growing school community?
We are seeking an exceptional individual to join our talented staff team as a Deputy Principal. This is a unique chance to grow with a new secondary school, which opened in 2023 and is expanding year-on-year to an eventual capacity of 900 students.
You will be joining a multi-academy trust that is one of the largest in the UK, dedicated to providing "Exceptional Education at the Heart of the Community". We offer a highly supportive environment where morale is high and staff well-being is a priority.
Key ResponsibilitiesAs a strategic leader, you will work in close collaboration with the Principal to shape the future of our academy. Key areas of focus include:
Strategic Leadership: Managing an agenda of significant change to raise standards and support the transformation of the local community
Curriculum & Innovation: Developing a curriculum that meets the needs and aspirations of all pupils.
Pupil Development: Leading systems for pupil care and guidance to ensure every child is fully included and supported.
Staff Professionalism: Managing the professional development of teachers and acting as a coordinator for Early Career Teachers (ECTs).
Safeguarding: Acting as the school's Designated Safeguarding Lead.

Essential Requirements:
Qualified Teacher Status.
Leadership Experience: Evidence of successful leadership at a senior level, with a proven record of raising standards.
Data Driven: Ability to use national and school assessment information to improve practice.
Vision: A firm grasp of educational policy and a commitment to inclusive, comprehensive education.
English Proficiency: Ability to speak fluent spoken English as required by Part 7 of the Immigration Act (2016).
