Randstad CPE is currently recruiting for a Design Engineer for Water projects across the south of England
This role is paid Limited, outside IR35.

Your job is to deliver top-tier engineering designs that keep risks low and profits high on our clients turnkey Water contracts. You'll lead the design process, making sure all drawings and docs meet the right safety and technical standards.
Key Duties
Smart Design: Create cost-effective layouts that actually work when it comes time to build and commission them.
Team Player: Coordinate with other departments and external teams so the whole project stays in sync.
Efficiency: Use standard practices and help sharpen our internal processes to keep things running smoothly.
Support: Give the proposals team the data and feedback they need for new bids.
Focus: Keep safety, the environment, and the customer's needs at the front of every design.
About You
The Basics: You know your way around water and sewage treatment principles.
Education: HND minimum, but a degree is desired
Skills: You're tech-savvy, great at presenting ideas, and can turn complex data into a solid, economical plan.
Mindset: You're flexible, quick to learn, and know how to juggle a lot of information at once.
