Our large Civils client is hiring for a Design Engineer to work as part of a multi-disciplinary engineering team. You will be mainly responsible for bringing projects from the project brief stage through detailed design and into construction. This role is based in Limerick, and it is a permanent role.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop design documents and details, ensuring designs prioritise safety, the environment, constructability, and commercial efficiency.
Collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team, and liaise with clients and stakeholders.
Undertake site visits and technical assessments to inform and validate design work, and identify opportunities for sustainability and innovation in design solutions.
Requirements:
Proven experience working with AutoCAD and ArcGIS.
Experience working in a similar role.
Ability to work collaboratively with relevant stakeholders developing design solutions, and ability to use own initiative, and problem solve.
Salary will be around €50,000 DOE.
