Responsibilities
- Provide essential administrative support to students.
- Address student inquiries with efficiency and empathy.
- Develop and manage tailored support plans for students with SpLD, mental health needs, and autism.
- Collaborate closely with students to ensure their diverse needs are met effectively.
- Maintain meticulous records and ensure all documentation is up-to-date.
- Liaise with various university departments and external support agencies.
- Contribute to the ongoing enhancement of student support services.
- Engage in relevant training and professional development activities.
Qualifications
- Hold a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as social work, counselling, or education.
- Possess at least 2 years of experience supporting individuals with disabilities and/or mental health challenges.
- Exhibit excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrate strong organizational abilities with a keen eye for detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is required.
- Experience with SpLD, mental health, and autism is highly advantageous.
- Must be immediately available to commence work.
