Our client is a leading global provider of skilled business-critical support services to financial,
legal and professional services firms.
Purpose of role
The Document Services & Workplace Assistant is an office-based role, with responsibility for delivering
exceptional customer service to our clients.
Duties will include file and database maintenance, fulfilling client record requests and general office duties as needed.
Person Specifications:
The person will need excellent communication skills, both written and oral and be confident to communicate at all levels, you must be extremely organised.
Motivated with "can do" attitude.
Must be familiar with the English language, alphabet, numeracy, and spelling.
Ability to work alone or collaboratively and daily as part of a wider team.
High level of customer focus - proactive approach to service delivery and client satisfaction.
Excellent organisational skills.
Able to work to tight deadlines and prioritise workload to a high standard under pressure.
Possess a critical eye in terms of accuracy.
Punctual and flexible to cover shifts where required.
Health & Safety - Must undertake all health & safety training as required and complete Risk Assessments
We will also require the successful candidate to be able to climb mobile steps to reach a height up
to 8ft. able to work in confined conditions, able to lift weight up to 10kgs and able to push and pull
loads using mechanical aids.
You will be issued with a uniform.
