About the Role:
This position requires a dynamic educator who can lead engaging, curriculum-aligned lessons. You will be responsible for fostering a positive and inclusive environment where students feel confident to express themselves, develop key performance skills, and grow in their creative abilities.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, prepare, and deliver high-quality Drama lessons.
- Direct and guide students through performances, practical workshops, and theatrical productions.
- Assess and track student progress, providing constructive feedback to help them improve.
- Maintain a safe and supportive classroom environment that encourages participation from all students.
- Collaborate with colleagues and school staff to integrate drama into the wider school community.

Skills & Qualifications
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS): This is essential for the role.
- Experience: Prior experience teaching Drama in a secondary school is a must.
- Essential Documents: You must have the Right to Work (ETW) in the UK and a valid DBS on the Update Service, or be willing to apply for one (we can provide assistance with this).
