New 12 month contract with an immediate start for a Site Manager to manage drylining packages from 1st fix through to handover. This will be working on a new build residential scheme which has an intense program so applicants must have worked on similar projects so they're able to hit the ground running.

Requirements:
- Oversee all on-site operations from 1st fix through to handover for all drylining packages
- Manage and coordinate all site personnel, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Enforce strict health and safety procedures on site, ensuring compliance / paperwork etc.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and ensure quality control.
- Manage site logistics, including plant and material deliveries, waste management, and site security.
- Liaise effectively with the client, project managers, and other stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate site records and documentation, including daily diaries, progress reports, and incident logs.
Requirements:
- CSCS, SMSTS, First Aid
- Plasterer/Drylining trade background
- Minimum 5 years experience
- Able to interview/start asap
