About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity for an inspirational and dedicated EYFS Teacher to join a supportive team. You will be responsible for creating a stimulating and secure learning environment where children thrive. We are looking for a practitioner who understands the unique developmental needs of early learners and is committed to delivering the highest quality provision across all seven areas of the EYFS curriculum.

What We're Looking For
- Are you ready to make a genuine, lasting impact on the foundational years of a child's education?
- Do you possess the enthusiasm and creativity to bring the magic of learning to life every day?
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Proven experience teaching within the Early Years Foundation Stage (Nursery or Reception).
- Thorough knowledge and understanding of the EYFS framework, including assessment and planning.
- A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
- Initiative, flexibility, and a positive, can-do attitude.
- A creative and playful approach to teaching and learning.
Key Roles and Responsibilities
- Planning, preparing, and delivering a broad, balanced, and stimulating curriculum that meets the needs of all learners.
- Creating a safe, vibrant, and enabling indoor and outdoor learning environment.
- Systematically assessing, monitoring, and recording children's progress, using formative and summative methods, and identifying next steps.
- Establishing and maintaining effective and positive partnerships with parents/carers, including regular communication about their child's development and progress.
- Working collaboratively with teaching assistants and other support staff to ensure effective provision and practice.
- Contributing to the wider life of the school, including professional development and staff meetings.
- Adhering to all school policies, particularly those relating to health, safety, and safeguarding.
