About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for an inspirational and dedicated EYFS Teacher to join a supportive team. What We're Looking For

• Are you ready to make a genuine, lasting impact on the foundational years of a child's education?
• Do you possess the enthusiasm and creativity to bring the magic of learning to life every day?
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
• Proven experience teaching within the Early Years Foundation Stage (Nursery or Reception).
• Thorough knowledge and understanding of the EYFS framework, including assessment and planning.
• A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
• Initiative, flexibility, and a positive, can-do attitude.
• A creative and playful approach to teaching and learning.

Key Roles and Responsibilities

• Planning, preparing, and delivering a broad, balanced, and stimulating curriculum that meets the needs of all learners.
• Creating a safe, vibrant, and enabling indoor and outdoor learning environment.
• Systematically assessing, monitoring, and recording children's progress, using formative and summative methods, and identifying next steps.
• Establishing and maintaining effective and positive partnerships with parents/carers, including regular communication about their child's development and progress.
• Working collaboratively with teaching assistants and other support staff to ensure effective provision and practice.
• Contributing to the wider life of the school, including professional development and staff meetings.
• Adhering to all school policies, particularly those relating to health, safety, and safeguarding.
