Early Years LSA and Nursery Nurse Needed In Chelmsford!

We are looking for Level 3 Nursery Nurses and Early Years Practitioners who want to reclaim their work-life balance!
We are recruiting for a Primary School in Chelmsford that specifically needs your Early Years expertise to support a Reception class. They value the deep understanding of child development, personal care, and learning-through-play that Nursery Nurses bring to the table.
The "School Life" Difference:
- Hours: 08:30am to 3:30pm (No more 7am starts or 6pm finishes!)
- Holidays: 13 weeks off per year (All half-terms, Christmas, Easter, and Summer).
- Pay: Competitive daily rate of £90 - £100 (approx. £450 - £500 per week).
- Flexibility -long term, temp to perm opportunities
- Environment: Support a structured classroom rather than managing a whole room ratio.
What You Will Be Doing:
- Working 1:1 with a pupil who has mild developmental delays or Autism (ASD).
- Assisting the class teacher with setting up "free flow" play areas.
- Running small interventions for Phonics and Speech & Language.
- Supporting children with toileting and hygiene (your nursery experience here is highly valued!).
- Helping children transition from the EYFS framework into Key Stage 1.
What We Need From You:
- Qualification: Level 2 or 3 in Childcare, Early Years, or NNEB.
- Experience: Recent experience in a Nursery, Pre-School, or School setting.
- Attitude: Proactive, energetic, and resilient.
- Location: Living in or commutable to Chelmsford.
