Location: Chelmsford, Essex Pay: £90 - £100 per day Hours: 08:30 - 15:30 (Term Time Only)

We are recruiting for a warm and welcoming Primary School in Chelmsford looking for a Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to join their Reception team.
They specifically want a candidate with Early Years (Level 2/3) qualifications who understands how young children learn, play, and develop.
You will be working in a Reception class, providing specific support to a small group of children who need extra help settling into school life.
- 1:1 Support: Helping a child with suspected Autism (ASD) stay focused and happy.
- Phonics: Leading small "booster" groups for reading and sounds.
- Creative Play: Setting up painting, water play, and outdoor activities.
- Routine: Helping children navigate lunchtimes and transitions between lessons.

What You Need
- Level 2 or 3 Qualification in Childcare / Early Years.
