A welcoming and well-resourced primary school in Preston is currently seeking an experienced Level 3 Early Years Teaching Assistant to support young learners in a long-term role. Your day‑to‑day responsibilities
Plan and lead engaging, play-based activities for Early Years children
Support key children's progress, maintaining accurate learning journals in line with EYFS
Encourage language, social, and self-care skills both indoors and outdoors
Communicate effectively with parents, carers, and colleagues about pupil development
Champion positive behaviour and model good manners and hygiene

Essential requirements
Level 3 Early Years qualification (e.g., CACHE, NVQ, or equivalent)
Recent childcare or EYFS classroom experience (two professional references required)
Enhanced Child DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
Strong knowledge of the EYFS framework
Eligibility to work in the UK
