Randstad Education is looking for passionate and ambitious Early Career Teacher (ECT) to join a school in Cambridge. In this role, you will be stepping into a collaborative environment where teaching and learning is central, and your development is our priority.
This is a permanent position and you will be required to support five days a week Monday - Friday inline with school hours.

Responsibilities:
... - Design and deliver high-quality lessons with significant differentiation to meet all learning needs.
- Proactively implement EHCP objectives and specific intervention strategies within the classroom.
- Manage student behaviour, utilizing strategies suitable for diverse SEN needs.
- Collaborate closely with the SENCO, TAs, and external agencies for holistic support.
- Track and report on student progress, using data to close attainment gaps for vulnerable learners.
Preferred Skills:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and relevant subject/phase expertise (Essential).
- Demonstrable experience planning and delivering lessons with significant differentiation for SEN students.
- Knowledge of common SEN needs (e.g., ASC, Dyslexia, SEMH) and effective support techniques.
- Strong verbal communication skills for engaging students, parents, and support staff.
- Competence in using assessment data to inform and adapt teaching practice.
