This is a full time role and you will be from Monday- Friday and 8:00 am to 4:00 pm.
We are seeking a proactive and highly organized EHCP Administrator to join our client's school. In this pivotal role, you will be the central point for coordinating and managing the entire Annual Review process for our students with an Education, Health and Care Plan (EHCP).
You will be responsible for preparing all necessary paperwork, expertly minuting meetings, and ensuring clear and timely communication with all stakeholders. This is a crucial position that requires a strong understanding of the EHCP process and a commitment to maintaining the high standards of our school.

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate EHCP Annual Reviews: Organize the annual timetable for all EHCP reviews, liaising with the leadership team, teachers, parents, carers, and external professionals
- Manage Documentation: Proactively collate and distribute all required documentation for reviews, ensuring all parties receive the correct information within statutory timeframes
- Minute Taking: Accurately minute all annual review meetings and ensure minutes are typed and distributed promptly to all relevant colleagues and external parties
- Communication: Act as a key point of contact, building strong relationships with students, parents, carers, and external professionals
- Administrative Support: Provide essential administrative support to the school as needed, working both independently and as part of a team
Requirements for this role:
- Experience: Proven experience working within SEND services or a related field and possess a strong understanding of the statutory EHCP process and relevant legislation
- Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills. Experience drafting EHCPs and managing complex casework
- Qualifications: Relevant qualification in education, social care, or a related discipline
- Mandatory Requirements: Fluent in English and hold or are willing to obtain an Enhanced DBS clearance. You must be eligible to work in the UK (No sponsorship provided)
