✨ Qualifications & Experience
We are looking for an Elementary Art Teacher who:
- Is fully qualified with a minimum 2 years of relevant teaching experience in the UK/Ireland/USA/Canada
- Has the ability to differentiate instruction to support a diverse student population, including EAL learners.
- Is dedicated to teaching through inquiry and through a conceptual lens.
- Is committed to exemplifying the attitudes and attributes of the IB Learner Profile.
- Considers education to be their passion, a lifelong learner dedicated to refining their craft.
- Is committed to supporting their students both in and out of the classroom.
- Believes that important learning takes place outside of the classroom walls and welcomes the opportunity to participate in and/or lead extra-curricular programs.
- Has a proactive approach to classroom management, supported by a dynamic and innovative approach to teaching.
- Creates balanced and varied assessments, greatly valuing the data obtained from assessment to drive differentiated instruction.
- Is a 21st century educator who views technology not just as a crucial tool for learning, but as a foundation for instruction to engage students.
