English Teacher - Wirral Secondary Schools - September Start

Pay: £150 - £220 per day
Location: Wirral (Birkenhead, West Kirkby, Bebington, Heswall, New Brighton)

We're looking for inspirational English Teachers to join top-performing schools across Wirral this September. You'll be stepping into schools that are passionate about raising literacy standards and nurturing creativity in every student.

As an English teacher, you will play a vital role in inspiring and educating students in reading, writing, literature, and communication skills.

Key Duties:

• Deliver English Language and Literature lessons across KS3 & KS4.
• Inspire a love for reading, writing, and critical thinking.
• Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback.
• Support pupils with varying levels of ability, including SEN support.
• Plan engaging and inclusive lessons that meet national curriculum standards.

Must-Haves:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willing to obtain one).
• Excellent classroom management and communication skills.
• Solid understanding of English curriculum and assessment frameworks.
• Passion for student progress and achievement.
