- Shift Pattern: 4 Nights On, 4 Nights Off (7:00 PM - 7:00 AM)

The Role: Precision Investigation & Quality Assurance
As a Complaints Investigator, you will operate within our clean, expanded laboratory environment, acting as a crucial link in the quality assurance chain.
- Product Root Cause Analysis: Meticulously perform technical examinations and tests on customer-returned medical devices to accurately determine the underlying cause of the reported complaint.
- Data Analysis & Trend Reporting: Utilise computer systems, especially MS Excel, to analyse accumulated complaint data, identify significant patterns and trends, and contribute to proactive quality improvements.
- Compliance & Documentation: Maintain exceptional standards of documentation for all investigations, ensuring full traceability and compliance with strict regulatory requirements.
- Collaboration: Work collaboratively with local Quality, Engineering, and global teams to share analytical insights and drive collective solutions to recurring problems.
- Process Enhancement: Actively participate in the review and improvement of internal quality control procedures and overall laboratory efficiency.

You must have previous experience using computers on sites such as excel etc.
