In this crucial, hands-on role, you'll be responsible for the precise processing and logging of returned medical products. Your sharp eye for detail will be vital in maintaining our high standards and ensuring every item is handled with care.
What you'll do:
Receive and Inspect: Accurately unpack, inspect, and log returned products into our internal systems.
Maintain Records: Create and manage precise digital records for all incoming items.
Identify Issues: Flag trends or potential issues with products to management, contributing directly to our quality assurance efforts.
Collaborate: Work closely with a global team to ensure smooth, efficient operations.
Improve Processes: Contribute ideas and solutions to help improve departmental processes and efficiency.
What we're looking for:
Attention to Detail: A methodical approach and a keen eye for detail are essential.
Technical Skills: Solid basic IT skills and confidence in using computer systems.
Communication: Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with the team.
Education: A minimum of a secondary education (or equivalent) in Maths and English.
