Schedule: 4-on, 4-off day shift (7am - 7pm)
The Role: What You Will Do
This is a hands-on, high-impact role where your precision and organisational skills are paramount:
- Product Intake & Logging: Accurately receive, systematically unpack, and log all returned medical products into our specialised internal computer systems.
- Maintain Digital Integrity: Take ownership of maintaining precise, audit-ready digital records of all incoming items and their initial investigative details.
- Operational Excellence: Work seamlessly within the team to ensure an efficient, clockwork-like flow of operations.
- Quality Feedback: Proactively identify and flag any recurring issues, trends, or anomalies with returned products to management, contributing actively to continuous departmental process improvement.
