Roles & Responsibilities
Supporting the Lead Invigilator in managing large cohorts of students.
Ensuring the "No Mobile Phone" and "No Watches" posters are visible.
Reading exam questions aloud for students with approved concessions.
Strictly monitoring for any non-verbal communication between students.
Tidying the exam hall and preparing it for the next session.
Answering student queries regarding timing or paper instructions.
Top Requirements
A strong understanding of student welfare (training provided).
Ability to remain alert and focused during long morning sessions.
Reliability to attend all booked shifts at the S8 site.
A calming influence to help reduce student anxiety.
Maintaining the secrecy of exam papers at all times.
