We are delighted to be working in partnership with an established and successful organisation which makes and producing sporting trading cards and memorabilia. The successful candidate for this role will support the Sports & Entertainment marketing team with its day-to-day responsibilities, assisting in relieving administrative tasks from senior members.

Accountability's/Responsibilities:

• Provide essential support in the day-to-day operations of the marketing team.
• Manage office sports & entertainment samples, ensuring tidy storage and organisation.
• Assist in logistics, including the delivery of products to influencers, clients, and football clubs in the UK & Europe.
• Handle administrative tasks such as Purchase Order management, senior staff expenses, and event planning.
• Aid in creating PowerPoint presentations for internal and external stakeholders.

Knowledge/Skills/Experience:

• Strong communication skills.
• Proactive and mature approach, capable of working with initiative.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Ability to competently interact with customers/external clients in a friendly and approachable manner.
• Well-organised and flexible team-player.
• Proficient in MS Office applications with a solid understanding of PowerPoint.
• Minimum of 2 years of office experience, preferably more.
