About the Role: As an EYFS Supply TA, no two days are the same. You will be instrumental in delivering the Early Years Foundation Stage framework. Your day will involve:
Facilitating "learning through play" both indoors and outdoors.
Supporting the Class Teacher with Phonics sessions and early literacy activities.
Engaging with children at their level to encourage social interaction and speech development.
Assisting with personal care and hygiene routines where necessary.
Recording observations of pupil progress to help the teacher track development.
What we are looking for:
Experience: Previous experience within an EYFS setting (Nursery, Pre-school, or Reception) is essential.
Qualification: A Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years / Childcare qualification is highly desirable.
Attitude: A high-energy approach and a willingness to get involved in messy play and outdoor activities in all weathers.
Compliance: An enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply for one).
