The Role
In the Early Years Foundation Stage, flexibility is everything. You will be responsible for:
Delivering engaging, play-based learning in line with the EYFS framework.
Managing classroom transitions smoothly and safely.
Fostering a nurturing environment for Nursery and Reception-aged children.
Collaborating with teaching assistants to ensure every child is supported.
Essential Criteria
We pride ourselves on the quality of our educators. To apply, you must meet the following:
Must have recent UK classroom experience (this is vital for an up-to-date understanding of EYFS statutory frameworks and UK safeguarding).
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
A deep understanding of phonics (e.g., Read Write Inc or Letters and Sounds).
A valid enhanced DBS (or willingness to apply for one).
