Randstad Education is seeking nurturing and enthusiastic Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) Teachers to work on a supply basis in primary schools and nurseries across Leeds. The EYFS framework is for children aged 3 to 5, including Nursery and Reception. We are looking for dedicated educators who can inspire a love of learning in our youngest pupils.
The Role
As a Supply EYFS Teacher, you will be responsible for:
Delivering play-based and structured lessons aligned with the EYFS framework.
Creating a positive, safe, and engaging learning environment.
Effectively managing classroom behaviour and supporting pupils' personal and social development.
Adapting quickly to different school and nursery policies, routines, and lesson plans.
Observing and assessing children's progress to support their development (for long-term placements).
Communicating professionally with school staff and parents.

What We're Looking For
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential.
Experience teaching in an EYFS setting.
A strong understanding of the EYFS framework and child development.
Excellent classroom and behaviour management skills.
An enhanced DBS check on the Update Service (or a willingness to apply for one).
Reliability, adaptability, and a nurturing approach.
