- Leading & Collaborating: Taking a proactive role in leading our dedicated EYFS team, ensuring every member contributes fully, and collaborating with colleagues, including the Inclusion Coordinator, to meet diverse learning needs.
- Championing Safeguarding: Taking full responsibility for safeguarding the welfare of all children within the school, adhering to the highest standards of conduct and professional behaviour.
- Promoting a Love for Learning: Instilling a deep love of learning and an infectious excitement about coming to school each day, fostering spiritual, moral, social, and cultural development.

- Exceptional Communication & Interpersonal Skills: The ability to connect deeply with young children, build strong relationships with parents, and collaborate seamlessly with colleagues. This includes excellent spoken English.
- Boundless Creativity & Adaptability: A talent for inventing engaging lessons and activities that captivate young minds, coupled with the flexibility to adapt plans as needed in a dynamic classroom.
- Profound Patience & Dedication: An understanding heart, incredible patience, and unwavering dedication to nurturing the emotional security and self-belief of every child.
