We're looking for someone to support a vibrant primary school's Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS), from September 2025 to October 2025.

Key Responsibilities
As an EYFS Teaching Assistant, your role is crucial to the success of the classroom. You will be responsible for:
Facilitating structured play activities and child-initiated learning, ensuring all activities align with the EYFS curriculum.
Observing children's progress and achievements, providing accurate feedback to the class teacher to support developmental milestones.
Assisting with personal care and ensuring the health, safety, and emotional well-being of all children in a caring and supportive environment.
Helping children develop their personal, social, and emotional skills, and fostering independence and confidence.
Working closely with the teacher, parents, and other staff to create a strong partnership that supports each child's needs.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you must have:
A Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification is preferred, but not essential.
An Enhanced Child DBS on the update service (or be willing to apply for a new one).
The legal right to work in the UK without any restrictions.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
A nurturing and patient approach to working with children.
A passion for education and a genuine desire to make a difference.
First Aid training is preferred, but not essential.
