What We're Looking For
We need a proactive individual with:
- Proven administrative experience in a busy office setting.
- Facilities maintenance Knowledge
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Great communication skills, both written and verbal.
- A keen eye for detail and accuracy.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- A customer-focused approach.
Key Responsibilities
Your day-to-day will include:
- PPM Planning
- Dealing with subcontractors
- Managing and maintaining records, documents, and databases.
- Processing paperwork and handling general correspondence.
- Answering phone calls and directing inquiries appropriately.
- Assisting with scheduling and coordination for the facilities team.
- Ordering supplies and managing stock levels.
- Providing general administrative support to ensure smooth operations.
