Case Analysis & Safeguarding: Conducting early safeguarding checks and risk assessments to identify child protection issues.
Direct Work with Children: Meeting with children (in homes, schools, or offices) to understand their wishes and feelings.

Court Attendance: Providing expert testimony and advising the court during hearings.
Mediation & Influence: Working with parents and carers to help them remain child-focused during disputes.

Registration: Active registration with Social Work England (SWE).
Skills: Expertise in Public and Private Law, robust risk assessment skills, and the ability to manage a high-throughput caseload independently.
