Randstad Education is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated French Teacher to join schools in the Basildon area. You will play a vital role in motivating pupils to learn a second language, encouraging confidence in speaking, listening, reading, and writing, while also broadening their cultural horizons.

Role & Responsibilities:
- Plan and teach French to students across Key Stage 3 and 4.
- Use efficient formative and summative evaluation techniques to assess and track student's development.
- Provide students positive feedback that advances their growth and comprehension.
- Make sure all students improve by adapting lesson plans and teaching tactics based on assessment data.
- Assure the full involvement of all students by offering tailored support to those who require extra assistance or challenge.
- Engage students in a variety of practical language-learning applications.

Requirements:
- A degree-level qualification and QTS (Qualified teaching status) is desirable.
- An up to date enhanced DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) check or the willingness to obtain one.
- Eligibility to work in the UK is essential.
- Experience teaching art in a secondary school.
- Strong portfolio showcasing diverse artistic skills and teaching methods.
- Experience of innovation and creativity to engage, enthuse and progress learners.
