We are looking for an enthusiastic and patient GCSE Maths Tutor to provide 1-to-1 support for a student in Hereford. We want to find someone who can demystify algebra, tackle trigonometry, and make the exam paper feel a lot less daunting.
🗓️ The Role
- Hours: 2 hours per week (flexible on days).
- Location: In-person in Hereford (HR1)
- Focus: Targeted revision, problem-solving techniques, and past paper practice.
- Pay: ÂŁ28-ÂŁ30 per hour
🎓 Requirements
- Experience: Proven experience tutoring GCSE Maths (Foundation or Higher tier).
- Subject Mastery: Ability to explain complex concepts in a simple, relatable way.
- Compliance: You must have an enhanced DBS on the Update Service for immediate start.
- Results Driven: A strong understanding of the current GCSE marking criteria and common "pitfalls" for students.
